For most consistent and secure results, Network Help To Go recommends a wired network utilizing Category 5e or Category 6 ethernet cabling and connectors, and a router capable of at least 100 Mbps speed. (Gigabit ethernet, at 1000 Mbps, is becoming more standard.)  Most modern PCs have a wired network adapter built-in.
